Krispy Kreme just came to Singapore this past month, and I Just happened to be in the area the other day, of course, I wanted to eat some Krispy Kreme donuts.

Apparently everyone in Singapore wants to eat Krispy Kreme donuts. I stood in the queue for about 30 minutes, which was the “express line for original donuts”. I waited and watched everyone ooh and awe over the donuts, the first of it’s kind here in Sing.

My plan was to only buy a dozen, but after the long wait, and the free donut that was passed out to those in the queue, I went all out and got two dozen. My free sample was still warm, and while I ate munched on it, I kept thinking, “I am never waiting this long again for donuts”.

Two dozen donuts for $42.

Wondering if the sticker shock of Singapore will ever wear off?
